This website is purely informational. We use no analytics or advertising tools, no tracking cookies and no embedded third-party content. We only process personal data where it is technically necessary to deliver the website or where you contact us yourself.

The website is delivered via Firebase Hosting, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you request a page, the provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the referring page (server log data).

The purpose is the secure and stable delivery of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a functioning and secure website. Processing is based on Google’s data processing terms. A transfer to Google LLC in the United States cannot be ruled out; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision.

All fonts are served from our own web space. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other font providers.

We do not set cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores this preference locally (localStorage, entry “theme”). The information does not leave your device. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG, as storage is strictly necessary for the display you requested. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your information to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or pre-contractual steps are concerned, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data when it is no longer needed; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Our mailbox is operated by a service provider that processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). A message to the address above is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

There is no automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
